Compliance Portal is Live for Absa Staff in South Africa

The Compliance and Financial Crime Control teams have designed an easy-to-use compliance portal for all staff members across the bank. The purpose of this portal is to address frequently asked questions that are sent to these teams via email. As some of these questions are repetitive, the teams then decided to design a portal with pre-loaded answers to these questions, which will help our staff members across the bank to have quicker resolutions to their queries, thus enabling them to resolve customer queries quicker and improve service levels.  

You can access the compliance portal by going to the Absa Group compliance SharePoint site on the intranet https://absacorp.sharepoint.com/sites/intra_compliance then click “ask compliance” on the bottom right corner.
